About ESI
Engineering Services, Inc. (ESI) is a long established consulting engineering firm providing professional engineering and surveying services to both the public and private sectors. ESI specializes in water and wastewater, as well as street, storm drainage, subdivisions, and large scale development projects. Engineering Services, Inc. has successfully completed thousands of civil engineering projects during the past thirty-seven years. Many examples of these projects are included in this document.
 ESI was founded in 1971 by Oscar M. Hall. Since the inception, ESI has grown from a staff of five employees to the present level of approximately forty full-time employees. Engineering Services, Inc. is currently one of the largest civil engineering firms in Arkansas, and is owned by:

The hallmark of Engineering Services, Inc. is a belief in building long term relationships with clients, in order to provide professional services to them, not only for current projects, but for future projects as well. Our commitment to providing responsive, personal service to our clients is one reason many of our current clients have utilized our services on many projects over many years.
The offices of Engineering Services, Inc. are located at 1207 South Old Missouri Road in Springdale, Arkansas. The 12,000 square foot facility, located on a 3.15 acre tract, houses all company operations under one roof.
